By BAKU. May 26 (Interfax) – Azerbaijan exported 16,396.45 tonnes of AI-92 motor gasoline totaling over $11.4 million in the first quarter of 2023, the State Statistics Committee told Interfax.
Azerbaijan exported the entire volume of gasoline to Turkey.
The country did not export AI-92 gasoline in January-March 2022.
Azerbaijan slashed exports of gasoline 41.9% to 30,753.72 tonnes in 2022, totaling $27.9 million, a drop of 12.4%, and shipped the entire volume to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The Baku Aliyev Oil Refinery produces AI-92 motor gasoline in Azerbaijan.
