Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Members of the Mykolaiv-Mykolaiv region-Denmark partnership committee approved a new aid package to Ukraine of $42.9 million, the press service of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine (Ministry of Reconstruction) has reported.
The package will be aimed at purchasing and installing equipment for heat, water supply, centralized heating, and supporting the reconstruction of social infrastructure in the region, the ministry said.
As reported, in March 2023, a memorandum on the creation of a partnership between Denmark, Mykolaiv city and Mykolaiv region was signed, according to which cooperation between the parties is focused on eight areas: infrastructure, effective governance, maritime industry, transport, urban planning, development of small- and medium-sized businesses, green transition, youth and culture.
