By KYIV. May 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Kharkiv Tile Plant will allocate UAH 20 million from its net profit over 2021 to pay dividends.
According to the company’s announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the company’s shareholders made the corresponding decision at the April 27 annual general meeting.
The amount of dividends will be UAH 0.01 per ordinary share. The payment period is from May 12 to November 12, 2023.
It was decided not to pay dividends based on the results of the enterprise’s work in 2022, but to direct the profit received in 2022 to restore the fixed assets of the company.
The shareholders at the meeting re-elected Valentyn Shevetovsky as the head of the Supervisory Board, as well as members of the Board – Oleksiy Isayenko and Dmytro Salimonov – for a period of three years.
