Kremenchuk wheel plant does not plan to pay dividends over 2022, 2021

KYIV. May 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – JSC Kremenchuk wheel plant (Poltava region) plans to use the net profit received in 2022 worth UAH 1.78 million to pay off the losses of previous years, not to accrue or pay dividends.

According to the draft decision of the meeting of plant’s shareholders based on the results of work in 2022 and 2021, which is scheduled for June 12, it is planned to direct the net profit over 2021 in the amount of UAH 890,000 for the same purposes.

According to the company, by the beginning of 2023, its retained earnings amounted to UAH 25.78 million. The plant’s assets did not actually change over the year, amounting to UAH 490.14 million, including the total accounts receivable increased by 17.8%, to UAH 80.71 million.

The current liabilities of the company as of January 1, 2023 amounted to UAH 233.8 million, there were no long-term liabilities.

The meeting plans, in particular, to re-elect the supervisory board for a new term.

JSC Kremenchuk wheel plant produces cold-formed steel wheels (rims) for cars and agricultural machinery. Production contains more than 6 million wheels and disks per year.
