Lithuanian instructors to train at least 1,000 Ukrainian military by year-end – Defense Minister

KYIV. May 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Lithuanian military instructors intend to train at least 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers by the end of the year, Lithuanian Defense Minister Arvydas Anusauskas has said.

“Lithuanian army instructors have already trained over 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers and will train at least another 1,000 by the end of the year,” the defense minister said on Twitter.
