By KYIV. May 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The meeting of PrJSC Insurance Alliance Mercury (Kyiv) re-elected for a period of three years director of the company Volodymyr Babko, head of the supervisory board Serhiy Lazarev, according to the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
In addition, the powers of members of the supervisory board Dmytro Sbitnev and Serhiy Ponomarenko were terminated, while Olena Vrodzynska and Anatoliy Kostiuchok were appointed members of the supervisory board.
According to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, as of the fourth quarter of 2022, the shareholders of the insurer, who each own 9% of the shares, are Volodymyr Babko, Tetiana Babko, Olena Babko and PrJSC Vsesvit with 36.3%.
Insurance Alliance Mercury was founded on January 29, 2008 in the form of an open joint-stock company in Kyiv.
