By KYIV. June 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Pharmacy Business Center, the leading national distributor of medicines, has become a new resident of the PORT logistics complex (Lviv), the press service of Alterra Group developer told Interfax-Ukraine.
Alterra Group, the developer of the complex, and Pharmacy Business Center have reportedly signed a one-year deal to lease a warehouse with an area of 655 sq m.
“We build relationships with partners on the same principles as we build our facilities – responsibly and transparently. We do everything so that PORT becomes a new stage for our residents in the growth of their businesses and the development of the economic potential of Lviv region,” Alterra Group CEO Viktoria Kovalchuk said.
It is noted that Alterra Group offered Pharmacy Business Center favorable lease terms, realizing the importance of the stable operation of the company as a logistics partner of the state-owned enterprise Medical Procurement of Ukraine during the full-scale war in the country.
Currently, the PORT logistics complex in Lviv has more than 50 residents, including Meest International, Acana, Elite Zoo, Golden Tile, Omega, Takelag, Ruvitex, etc.
Alterra Group is engaged in complex maintenance of commercial real estate, development and consulting. The company’s portfolio includes 35 objects with a total area of 175,000 square meters.
