By KYIV. May 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has instructed to create in a number of ministries and 11 regions the positions of deputy minister or deputy head of the regional state administration for restoration, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
“The order to create in a number of ministries and 11 regions the position of deputy minister or deputy head of the regional military administration for restoration issues. We are talking about ministries implementing restoration projects and about 11 regions most affected by the war, in particular Kharkiv region,” Shmygal said at a government meeting on Friday.
According to the prime minister, in order to restore the destroyed quickly and efficiently, a new renovation architecture is needed.
“We already have a Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction, an appropriate agency has been created. Now we are introducing the positions of Deputy Prime Ministers for Reconstruction in ministries and localities. This will speed up the process of preparing projects and make these projects of better quality,” he summed up.
