By KYIV. May 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine has again put Electronmash up for sale on ProZorro.Sale at a starting price of UAH 61.3 million (excluding VAT), the press service of the SPF reported.
The auction is scheduled for May 29.
According to the release, 36 real estate objects are located on the territory of Electronmash in Kyiv, including workshops and administrative buildings. On the balance sheet of Electronmash there are 31 vehicles and a recreation center in the village of Sokolovka, Chernihiv region. The property complex as a whole includes 110,700 sq m of real estate and more than 200,000 square meters of land plots.
The company has overdue accounts payable of almost UAH 21.4 million. In recent years, it has shown significant damage. In 2022, Electronmash received UAH 8.2 million in damages, in 2021 – UAH 24 million, and in 2020 – UAH 10.9 million.
The number of employees at the enterprise is decreasing: if in 2020 some 175 employees worked here, then in 2021 there are already 149, and in 2022 – 127.
The previous two auctions for the sale of Electronmash could bring significant investments to the budget – UAH 970 million and UAH 430 million, but unscrupulous investors did not complete the purchase on time.
The main specialization of the enterprise at present is the production of electric motors, generators and transformers, services of turning hardware.
In recent years, it has produced, in particular, automatic gas metering systems, systems for commercial metering and payment for energy resources and utilities.
