Supreme Commander HQ meeting participants consider pace of providing new AFU brigades with equipment, ammunitions

KYIV. May 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held another meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Friday.

The head of state said on the Telegram channel that reports by Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky and Commander of Tavria Task Force Oleksandr Tarnavsky were heard during the meeting.

“The Odesa and Pivnich operational commands are also under control. We identified their priority needs and familiarized ourselves with the pace of providing new brigades with equipment and ammunitions,” Zelenskyy said.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, and Minister for Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin also presented their reports.

“We verified all of our long-term contracts for the supply of ammunition and missiles,” the president said.
