By KYIV. Nov 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – American historian and writer Timothy Snyder has become the next ambassador of the UNITED 24 charity platform, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said.
“Prominent historian Timothy Snyder became the ambassador of the fundraising platform UNITED24 and started collecting for The Shahed Catcher,” Zelensky said on Telegram.
As the President noted, Snyder is a great friend of the Ukrainian state.
“In his writings, he explains to the whole world the importance of Ukraine, our true history and true values. Thank you for the fact that now more people will know not only about the reasons and conditions of our struggle, but also about how they can help us,” Zelensky added.
