By KYIV. May 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The development company VGO Group (Seychelles) has announced the opening of the Gradient business center (Kyiv, 4 Korolenkivska Street) on July 1, the press service of the company told Interfax-Ukraine.
The total area of the new class A business center is 102,000 sq m. As previously reported, the building was put into operation in 2022.
They offer office space for rent from 250 sq m up to 3,500 sq m with basic renovation or finished modern renovation with individual terraces. The business center is provided with a large number of parking spaces – 547. Significant attention is paid to innovative solutions for the security of residents, including three diesel generators, fiber optic Internet and an underground parking lot that can be used as a shelter.
According to Opendatabot, VGO Group was founded in 2017. Its charter capital is UAH 311.4 million.
