KYIV. Sept 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Insurance company Ultra Alliance (formerly Ultra Kyiv) will increase its charter capital to UAH 48 million by carrying out an additional issue in the amount of UAH 18 million.
According to the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, this decision was made by the shareholders during the meeting on August 21.
It is also noted that the issue is planned to be carried out by directing the profit received for 2019-2022 in the total amount of UAH 18 million to the charter capital of the company. The issue will be carried out by increasing the par value of shares from UAH 1,000 to UAH 1,600.
The charter capital is increased in order to fulfill the norms on the minimum amount of the charter capital for carrying out insurance activities in accordance with the provisions of the law of Ukraine on insurance.
Insurance company Ultra Alliance was registered in 2004. Its charter capital is UAH 10 million. It specializes in risk insurance. The ultimate beneficiary is Ihor Yankovsky.
The National Rating Agency Rurik assigned PrJSC Insurance company Ultra Alliance a long-term credit rating of the borrower at the level of uaAA investment grade with a “in development” outlook and a financial reliability (stability) rating of the insurer at the level of uainsAA investment grade.
