KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has revised tariffs for registration and licensing services for banks and nonbank institutions, as well as introduced new services and set tariffs for them, according to the regulator’s website.
It is about services for registration of payment systems, participants, technological operators of payment systems and authorization of the activities of providers of financial payment services, limited payment services. The basis for the introduction of such services was the implementation of Ukrainian legislation on payment services.
According to the NBU resolution “On amendments to the Tariffs for registration and licensing services provided by the National Bank of Ukraine,” for the consideration of a package of documents on the issuance of a license (licenses) to the insurer to provide services in the field of insurance in terms of conducting a specific type of insurance (licenses for new type of insurance) you will have to pay UAH 33,000. For consideration of a package of documents upon approval of the acquisition or increase of a significant participation in the insurer UAH 32,000 is to be paid.
The fee for reviewing a package of documents for registering a collection company (except for a nonbank financial institution entitled to factoring services) will be UAH 27,000, and for registering a payment system whose operator is a resident – UAH 171,500.
The resolution comes into force on November 1, 2023, and it is from this day that new tariffs will apply.
