Ministry of Social Policy begins testing operation of web platform for import, accounting of humanitarian aid

KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ministry of Social Policy begins testing the operation of a web platform for the import and accounting of humanitarian aid.

“Starting November 1, the Ministry of Social Policy begins testing the Automated System for Registration of Humanitarian Aid. The system is designed to digitalize the process of importing and recording humanitarian aid from abroad,” the ministry’s press service said in a statement.

It is noted that using the Automated System web platform, organizations that intend to import humanitarian aid will be able to register, log in to the website, generate and submit a declaration.

“The test period means an opportunity to get acquainted with the operation of the system, the algorithm. There is no talk of the need for all recipients of humanitarian aid to use this system from November 1. The main goal of this testing stage is to identify what can be improved in the work, where there are problem areas and how to optimize the process. Therefore, the ministry team expects active feedback in order to subsequently launch the system fully,” the department emphasized.
