KYIV. Nov 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group has opened an office in Kyiv and plans to open in Warsaw to optimize work in Ukraine and Europe, the company’s press service told the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
“The goal of Ribas Hotels Group is to build a global network of hotels so that the whole world can experience the quality of Ukrainian service. Currently, Ribas Hotels Group has 28 properties in its arsenal. Another 26 are at the design and construction stage. At the same time, we are negotiating the management of hotels in Kyiv. Therefore opening new offices is a logical step in the development of the company,” said founder of Ribas Hotels Group Artur Lupashko.
As the press service clarified, in Kyiv the company opened an office in the Spaces Maidan Plaza co-working space (2 Maidan Nezalezhnosti), and plans to open a representative office in Warsaw in November.
The office in Kyiv became the third representative office of the company in Ukraine. The head office is located in Odesa, and there is also an office in Lviv.
“Our new office is located in the very center of the capital, its opening will allow us to more effectively build cooperation with partners and open up new opportunities for the development of the company,” emphasized Oleksandra Laukhina, head of the development and marketing department of Ribas Hotels Group.
She added that the Warsaw office would become the company’s third representative office abroad. Since June 2023, the Ribas Hotels Group office has been open on the island of Bali (Indonesia). Together with partner Dwell Bell, the company is represented in Austria, has plans to expand the opening of an office in Kazakhstan (Almaty).
Ribas Hotels Group, operating since 2014, is an international management company whose flagship service is the operational management of hotel and restaurant complexes. The company also provides services for concept development, design, support at all stages of project implementation, consulting and franchising for developers.
