By KYIV. Nov 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated UAH 3.2 million for the conversion of the Mohyliv-Podilska Penal Colony into a camp for prisoners of war (POWs).
According to instruction No 1005 dated November 3, the government allocated UAH 3.198,600 to the Justice Ministry for the conversion of the Mohyliv-Podilska Penal Colony No. 114 of the Central-Western Interregional Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Penalties into the camp for POWs.
