Inter-Policy replaces minority shareholders

KYIV. Nov 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Safety Contact LLC has reduced its stake in PrJSC Inter-Policy (both in Kyiv) to 4.8755% from 9.8995%, according to the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

The new shareholder of the company is Oleksandr Yedin, who owns 5.024% of the shares.

As reported, according to data from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission as of the second quarter of 2023, some 50.0046% of the insurer’s shares belonged to Ukrzaliznytsia, 9.8995% to Safety Contact LLC, 9.96%, 5.076%, 5.312%, 9.786% – to individuals.

Previously, the company announced its intention to increase the charter capital by 87.5%, or by UAH 14.160 million, to UAH 30.313 million by increasing the par value of shares from UAH 300 to UAH 560.

Inter-Policy was founded in 1993. It has 20 licenses for voluntary and compulsory types of insurance. Its branches and representative offices are located in all major regional centers of Ukraine.

The charter capital of the insurer is UAH 16.182 million.
