By KYIV. Nov 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises in January-October of this year reduced the production of general rolled products, according to operational data, by 13% compared to the same period last year, to 4.365 million tonnes.
According to information from the Ukrmetallurgprom association, in the first ten months of this year, steel production fell by 11.7% compared to January-October 2022, to 5.162 million tonnes.
Pig iron production during this period dropped by 15.6%, to 4.906 million tonnes.
