KYIV. Nov 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – JSC Kyiv Vitamin Plant in January-September 2023 reduced its net profit compared to the same period last year by 58.2%, to UAH 105.974 million.
As the company reports in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the plant’s net income for January-September 2023 increased by 26.18%, to UAH 2.844 billion.
In addition, the company reports that on November 24 it will hold an extraordinary remote meeting of shareholders, at which, in particular, the issue of changing the name of the joint-stock company and amending its charter will be considered.
As reported, at the end of 2022, Kyiv Vitamin Plant JSC increased its net profit compared to 2022 by 30.5%, to UAH 219.571 million.
