KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, during a meeting on Thursday, discussed military, financial, sanctions support and confiscation of frozen Russian assets with Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the UK David Cameron.

“The first international visit in office to Ukraine indicates a high and unconditional level of support from the British government. Important and relevant topics were touched upon: military, financial, sanctions support. Particular attention was paid to the issue of confiscation of frozen Russian assets for the needs of Ukraine’s recovery,” Shmyhal wrote on his Telegram channel.

The parties also discussed support for Ukrainian exports, in particular, war risk insurance.
