AMCU allows Yevtushenko brothers to gain control of Dymerka SPP-1 previously owned by businessman Khmelnytsky

KYIV. Nov 22 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has authorized S&K Management (Cyprus) Limited to purchase shares of Festrelo Holdings Limited (both Cyprus), which ensures that it exceeds 50% of the votes in the company’s management body.

The committee made the decision on November 21, 2023, according to its website.

According to public registers, Festrelo Holdings, the ultimate beneficiary of which is businessman Vasyl Khmelnytsky, owns 100% of Dymerka Solar Power Plant-1 LLC with a capacity of 6 MW, which started operating in Kyiv region in 2017.

The director of S&K Management is Kostiantyn Yevtushenko, who, together with his brother Serhiy, are partners in the investment and development company UDP Renewables.
