Retail Well-Being Index drops by 0.2 points in Oct 2023 – UCSC

KYIV. Nov 24 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Retail Well-Being Index (RWBI) in Ukraine in October 2023 was recorded at 29.1 points, which is 0.2 points lower than in September, the press service of the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers (UCSC) reported.

This year, the drawdown in October was less than a year ago, when the index dropped from 28.1 in September 2022 to 26.9 in October 2022.

The Retail Well-Being Index (abbreviated as RWBI) was developed in 2020. The UCSC takes into account such indicators as traffic to shopping centers, vacancy of space in shopping centers and the level of rental rates. The RWBI has been monitored in pilot mode since August 2021.
