KYIV. Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The shareholders of PrJSC Ukrainian Security Insurance Company (Kyiv) at a meeting on November 17 decided to revoke the last licenses to carry out insurance activities and exclude information about the insurer (UOSK) from the state register of financial institutions.
As reported in the information on the insurer’s website, the authority to perform all necessary actions related to this, in particular submitting a package of documents to the National Bank of Ukraine, is granted to the general director of UOSK.
According to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, as of the second quarter of 2023, the company’s shareholders are the security police departments of Zaporizhia, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Odesa regions, which own from 5.669% to 6.227%, the security police department – 15.758%, the Kyiv security police department – 24.742%.
Ukrainian Security Insurance Company was registered in 1996 and specializes in risk types of insurance.
