KYIV. Jan 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The DIM Group announced that it has received a certificate confirming the compliance of the completed construction of facilities with design documentation and the readiness for operation of launch complexes 1, 2 and 3 of the third stage of the Lucky Land eco-city in Kyiv on BerkovetskaStreet next to Lavina Mall.
“We are entering 2024 with a strong start. One of the rules that guides me in life: less words – more action. Today, we have 251 apartments, 19,775 square meters put into operation, instead of a thousand words,” Managing Partner of the DIM group Oleksandr Nasikovsky said.
According to him, the project demonstrates the implementation of the company’s five principles: manufacturability, aesthetics, energy independence, quality and service.
