KYIV. Oct 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Grandwis insurance company (Chernihiv) collected net insurance premiums in the amount of UAH 3.839 million in January-September 2022, which is 17.6% less than in the same period a year earlier, according to the company’s report published in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine.
The report notes that the company’s gross premiums for the nine months decreased by 2.2 times, to UAH 2.8 million, and premiums transferred to reinsurance – by 2.5 times, to UAH 480,000.
For the nine months of 2022, the company paid UAH 1.279 million in compensation to customers against UAH 1.224 million for the same period in 2021.
During the reporting period, the company’s administrative costs decreased by 34.5%, to UAH 2.293 million, distribution costs – 2 times, to UAH 778,000.
The company’s net profit amounted to UAH 635,000.
Grandwis has been operating in the insurance market since 1995. It specializes in risk types of insurance.
The charter capital of the company is UAH 14.3 million.
