KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Andriy Yermak, Head of the President’s Office, believes that Russia should be excluded from the Group of Twenty (G20) for withdrawing from the grain deal and blackmailing the world with famine.
"Russia is again trying to blackmail the world community with a food crisis. This country has no place in the G20," Yermak wrote on his Telegram channel.
As reported, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the withdrawal of Moscow from the agreements on the export of grain from the ports of Ukraine. They claim that allegedly Ukraine, with the participation of British specialists, carried out an attack "against the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships involved in ensuring the security of the grain corridor."
Later, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Russia promised other countries half a million tonnes of stolen Ukrainian grain over the next four months, while blocking the possibility of exporting 2 million tonnes at the moment.
The seventeenth meeting of the G20 heads of state is scheduled for November 15-16 this year in Indonesia, on the island of Bali.
