Kyivska Rus insurer reduces net premiums by 61.1% in Jan-Sept 2022

KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyivska Rus Insurance Company in January-September 2022 collected 61.1% less net premiums than in the same period of 2021.

According to the company’s report posted in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine, its gross premiums for this period decreased by 5.3 times in the same comparison – to UAH 85.390 million. Some UAH 79.829 million was transferred to reinsurance, which is 5.4 times less.

The company does not indicate payments for the nine months of 2022, which for the same period a year earlier amounted to UAH 455,000.

Administrative expenses of the company are indicated at the level of UAH 1.538 million (less by 41.1%), distribution costs – UAH 2.939 million (more by 10.5%)

Net profit in January-September of the current year amounted to UAH 2.521 million (less by 27.8%)

Kyivska Rus has been operating in the insurance market of Ukraine since 2000, specializing in risk insurance.

The charter capital of the company is UAH 31.957 million.
