State criminal-Executive service collects over UAH 30 mln from Energoatom in favor of enterprise registered in Russia-occupied Enerhodar – expert

KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The state criminal-Executive service has recovered more than UAH 30 million from National Nuclear Generating Company Energoatom in favor of Private Enterprise Enkhol registered in Energodar occupied by Russian troops, Taras Zavhorodniy, managing partner of the National Anti-Crisis Group, has said.

"In October of this year, representatives of the state criminal-Executive service organized the enforcement of a debt in the amount of UAH 34 million and an enforcement fee from Energoatom in favor of the private enterprise Enkhol. This enterprise is located in the city of Enerhodar and has been controlled by occupiers – citizens of Russia – for almost six months," he wrote in his blog for Censor.NET published on Monday.

As Zavhorodniy described, on September 29, 2022, the Economic Court of Zaporizhia Region decided to collect the debt in favor of Private Enterprise Enkhol, and on October 19, the state criminal-Executive service signed an enforcement report demanding Energoatom to transfer funds.

However, according to the information he provided, Energoatom refused to do so and informed the state criminal-Executive service about the reasons for its decision.

However, as Zavhorodniy said, on October 25, state executors merged this case with another one – regarding Atomstroyservis Financial and Industrial Company LLC (Kyiv), for which UAH 25 million should be charged.

"On October 25, the Department of Enforcement of Decisions of the Office for Enforcement of Decisions in Kyiv city and the Region of the Central Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice took lightning-fast immediate actions until the funds in the amount of UAH 65 million were debited from Energoatom’s accounts – the amount of debt to two enterprises with an enforcement fee," the managing partner of the National Anti-Crisis Group said.

Energoatom itself promised to provide its commentary on this situation later.

According to the information of the Spark resource, Enkhol was registered in Enerhodar, Zaporizhia region on December 5, 1991. Its activity, in particular, is repair and electrical work. 100% of the charter capital of the enterprise belongs to Dmytro Yevseenko, registered in Enerhodar.

According to Youcontrol, Atomstroyservis Financial and Industrial Company LLC was registered at the address in Kyiv on July 8, 2014 with a charter capital of UAH 1 million. Its founder is Andriy Konovalov from Kyiv. The main activity of the company is wholesale trade in other machines and equipment.
