By KYIV. Nov 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has registered a resolution on the resignation of Minister of Development of Communities and Territories Oleksiy Chernyshov, government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk said on Telegram on Wednesday evening.
At the same time, there is no information on the registration of the draft resolution on Chernyshov’s dismissal on the website of the Verkhovna Rada yet.
According to a number of MPs, Chernyshov is likely to become the new head of Naftogaz Ukrainy.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on November 1 dismissed Yuriy Vitrenko from the post of head of the Board of Naftogaz. He will continue to hold the post of head of the NJSC until November 3, 2022 inclusively.
