KYIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The total number of declared insured events under OSAGO has decreased by 30-40% compared to the pre-war period, INGO insurer (Kyiv) reports on the website.
In addition, according to it, the number of insured events settled with the help of European accident record forms decreased from 25% to 19%.
The average period of settlement of insured events under OSAGO in the company increased by 15 days – up to 63 days from the date of registration of such events.
The average amount of payments made by the insurance company during 2022 also increased. Due to the rise in the cost of repair and restoration work and spare parts, the total average amount of payment for property damage has increased from UAH 25,000 in 2021 to UAH 27,000 this year. Compensation for life and health almost doubled – from UAH 46,000 to UAH 82,000.
The company reminds that from July 1, 2022, the insurance amount for property losses has increased from UAH 130,000 to UAH 160,000, for damage to life and health – from UAH 260,000 to UAH 320,000. In addition, the limit of payments under European accident record forms has increased to UAH 80,000.
