NEW YORK (UN). Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A vessel loaded with sunflower oil left the Ukrainian port of Pivdenny for China on Tuesday, the Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) said in a statement.
"The Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) reports that one vessel, Champion Pula (IMO 9341146), left the port of Pivdenny… carrying 43,250 metric tonnes of sunflower oil to China under the Black Sea Grain Initiative," the JCC said.
In addition, six inbound vessels transited the maritime humanitarian corridor under the Initiative heading towards Ukrainian ports, it said.
There are currently 80 vessels waiting to move into Ukrainian ports and 13 loaded vessels waiting for inspection in Turkish territorial waters, the JCC said.
"As of 8 November, the total tonnage of grain and other foodstuffs exported from the three Ukrainian ports is 10,110,425 million metric tonnes. A total of 869 voyages (437 inbound and 432 outbound) have been enabled so far," it said.
