By KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The work of the central office of PJSC Ukrnafta has been blocked by armed people since the evening of November 8, the company said on Facebook on Wednesday morning.
"This morning, employees and managers of the company were not allowed to work. The company is concerned about the current situation. Representatives of the shareholders of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy and the Ministry of Defense did not provide documents related to the activities of the company in the new format. The decision of the court authorizing the use of force is also missing," the company said.
As reported, by decision of November 6, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission settled the issue of depositary accounting of depository operations for the forced alienation of shares in the ownership of the state, the issuers of which are Ukrnafta, Ukrtatnafta, Motor Sich, AvtoKrAZ and Zaporizhtransformator (ZTR).
