KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Another three vessels of 21,600 tonnes of vegetable oil left the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdenny for the countries of Asia and Europe, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine reports on Wednesday.
"Yesterday, November 8, seven bulk carriers entered the ports for loading agricultural products. Among them, the STARVOS bulk carrier for loading 55,000 tonnes of wheat for Yemeni citizens suffering from a food crisis," the ministry said in a statement.
According to the message, another nine ships are moving to Ukrainian ports for loading along the grain corridor.
Since the launch of the first vessel with Ukrainian food, 10.1 million tonnes of agricultural products have been exported.
The ministry noted that a total of 435 ships with agricultural products for the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa left the Ukrainian ports.
