By KYIV. Nov 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Pivdenkoks (Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region) following the results of work last year, received a net profit of UAH 1.293 billion, while in the previous year there was a net loss of UAH 632.050 million.
According to the company’s official information on the agenda of an annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for December 21, which will be held remotely, at the end of 2021, its retained earnings amounted to UAH 1.508 billion.
In accordance with the meeting’s draft decision, the shareholders intend to sum up the results of activities in 2021, determine an audit company and distribute profits.
It is proposed to leave the profit received in 2021 undistributed.
According to NDU data for the fourth quarter of 2020, Dashuria Ltd. owns 94.9565% of the company’s shares.
In a report by Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands) in 2018 it was reported that the company acquired a 23.71% stake in Pivdenkoks for $30 million.
The charter capital of PrJSC Evraz Pivdenkoks is UAH 171.918 million, and the share par value is UAH 0.25.
