Pozniaky-Zhyl-Bud sees net loss fall by 69% in 2021

KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Pozniaky-Zhyl-Bud (Kyiv) reduced its net loss by 69% in 2021, to UAH 6.5 million.

According to the company’s announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission about holding a general meeting of shareholders on December 26, 2022, the net loss per share last year amounted to UAH 1,860.

Uncovered loss in 2021 increased by 38.3% compared to 2020, to UAH 23.5 million. The total accounts receivable increased by 39.2%, to UAH 461.9 million.

Current liabilities last year increased by 59.6% – up to UAH 1.3 billion, long-term – by 47.7%, up to UAH 654.8 million.

In general, its assets increased by 47% in 2021 and amounted to more than UAH 2 billion.

The company plans in 2022 to continue organizing the construction of residential, hotel, office complexes in Kyiv, including a residential complex with non-residential premises and an underground parking lot at 12, John Paul II Street, and a multifunctional complex at 7-9, Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard in Pechersky district of the capital.

PrJSC Pozniaky-Zhyl-Bud was founded in 2002 and specializes in the construction of luxury residential real estate, commercial real estate and social infrastructure.
