Ukraine is under martial law due to Russia’s aggression.

On December 1-2, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will make a visit to Łódź, Poland, to participate in a meeting of the 29th OSCE Ministerial Council. The key issue of the meeting will be resistance to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. During the visit, the minister will also participate in a parallel ministerial event on the issues of bringing Russia to justice for its crimes in Ukraine. He will also hold a range of bilateral meetings with his counterparts in the OSCE, the OSCE leadership, as well as High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

At 1100, the Military Media Center will host a press briefing by representatives of the security and defense forces of Ukraine on the situation at the front of Russia-Ukraine war and the security situation in Ukraine. At 1100, Head of the USA Anti-AIDS Foundation Representative Office in Ukraine Yaroslava Lopatina will hold a press briefing dedicated to World AIDS Day.

At 1300, the presentation of songs and the draw among the finalists of the National Selection to the Eurovision 2023 Song Contest will start.
