By KYIV. Dec 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group (Odesa) has begun the construction of the WOL.GREEN Polyana complex in Zakarpattia, said Artur Lupashko, the founder of Ribas Hotels Group.
"We are implementing our new project WOL.GREEN Polyana together with the Arena Bud development company in Zakarpattia. Construction has already begun," he said on Facebook.
WOL.GREEN Polyana is a complex of 78 apartments with its own SPA and swimming pool, co-working space, a fitness room, equipped outdoor sports areas.
Lupashko recalled that the WOL home+hotel format implemented by the operator provides guests with the possibility of short-term and long-term rental. At the same time, investors are invited to become a co-owner of the complex, to purchase an apartment that will be managed by Ribas Hotels Group.
"We are constantly moving and developing our hotel industry and the country in any conditions, and we see that Ukrainian investors are ready to invest in the future of our state," Lupashko added.
Ribas Hotels Group cooperates (management, franchising and booking) with 26 objects of the hotel and restaurant complex (city, beach and ski hotels). The company’s portfolio includes the Wall Street by Ribas and Bossfor by Ribas business hotels, the Wol.121 by Ribas hotel (Odesa), the Ribas Karpaty ski hotel (Bukovel, Ivano-Frankivsk region), the Richard by Ribas beach complex (Odesa region). Hotels in Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa and other cities, as well as in Poland, are currently at the stage of design and construction.
The network’s total room fund is more than 1,000 rooms in various forms of cooperation in eight cities and resort locations in Ukraine.
