Reznikov: Many contracts for supply of necessary weapons, ammo to Ukraine signed for next year

KYIV. Dec 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Many contracts have been signed for the supply of necessary weapons and ammunition to Ukraine next year, assistance will be received throughout the year, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov says.

"The American military-industrial complex is already working. That is, one of the key topics of each Ramstein meeting is the launch of capacities of the manufacturing countries that support Ukraine today in this war. To date, orders have already been placed, and not only in the United States, but also in Germany, France, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania and other countries," Reznikov said on the air of the national telethon on Tuesday.

According to the minister, orders have already been placed and their production is already working to supply Ukraine.

"And I will say frankly, without revealing big secrets, I have already signed many contracts for the supply of necessary weapons and ammunition to us next year. And similar contracts, I already know for sure, the ministers of defense or defense secretaries of different countries inform me about this, that they also have contracts," Reznikov said.

The minister noted that next year Ukraine would receive "gifts" in the field of military assistance, and throughout the year.

"Moreover, I want to emphasize that throughout the year. That is, systematically and monthly, in order to ensure the stability of our resistance, the stability of our ability to win. This is a very important aspect," Reznikov stressed.
