By KYIV. Dec 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Japanese telecommunications company NTT Group1 has allocated $1 million to support the digital educational environment in Ukraine, Minister of Education and Science Serhiy Shkarlet has announced.
"International partners continue to support Ukraine. The leading Japanese company in the telecommunications business, NTT Group1, has allocated $1 million to support the digital educational environment," Shkarlet wrote on the Telegram channel.
According to him, the funds will be distributed through the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and will be used to provide teachers and applicants with digital devices.
