BSTDB will allocate EUR8 mln loan for building Novotel hotel in Lviv

KYIV. Dec 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) intends to provide a EUR8 million loan to Real Estate Development Center LLC for the construction of a four-star Novotel hotel in Lviv.

"The loan will be used for the construction, equipment and commissioning of a four-star hotel under the international tourist brand Novotel," Asters, a law firm acting as an adviser on the loan, said.

According to it, the hotel will have 128 rooms.

As reported, urban planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of the hotel were issued by Lviv City Council to Real Estate Development Center LLC in 2018.

The international hotel operator Accor Live Limitless planned to launch three new hotels in Ukraine in 2022-2023, including Novotel Lviv.

According to Opendatabot, the beneficiaries of Real Estate Development Center are the owner of the OKKO group of companies, Vitaliy Antonov, and its CEO Vasyl Danyliak.

OKKO Group is an all-Ukrainian holding, the flagship of which is the network of filling stations OKKO (Galnaftogaz Concern), and which also includes businesses in the field of production, trade, construction, insurance, and other services.
