Dec 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The State-Owned Enterprise National Information Systems (NAIS) from the Ministry of Justice on December 26 resumed access to the portal of electronic services (usr.minjust.gov.ua), which was terminated since the beginning of the war, in particular, to the information of the unified public register of enterprises and organizations Ukraine.
"Now access to information from the unified public register in electronic form by free search and generation of an extract is provided only when a person who wants to receive such information is identified using … a qualified or improved electronic signature," NAIS said on Tuesday.
The company said that this became possible after a government decree dated December 16. And now government bodies, local governments, whose officials have direct access to the register, individual entrepreneurs and public formations, need to contact the relevant regional branch of the State-Owned Enterprise NAIS to gain access to the portal with the ability to generate extracts.
