By KYIV. Jan 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – KAN Development in 2022 actively carried out the construction of housing facilities on the sites with a total area of 137,200 square meters, put into operation about 115,000 square meters, the press service of the company said.
According to its data, in the Fayna Town residential complex, KAN Development completed the seventh stage of the residential complex with a total area of 30,700 square meters, as well as 4,200 square meters of commercial premises. The Funny Fayna center for children’s and youth creativity was also opened on the territory of the complex.
In addition, the construction of two houses of the eighth stage and three of the ninth stage with a total area of 39,000 square meters is underway.
Last year, three houses of the seventh, eighth and ninth phases with a total area of 35,400 square meters were completed in the residential complex Respublika, as well as 2,200 square meters of commercial premises, a transformer substation and a distribution point were put into operation. The company continues construction work in two houses of the tenth and 11th stages with a total area of 61,100d square meters.
