By KYIV. Jan 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Two houses of the Nyvky-Park residential complex being under construction in Kyiv by Intergal-Bud developer received accreditation for participation in the eOselia state program, the press service of the construction company reported.
"This is almost the first time that still unfinished objects have been admitted to the program. This accreditation became possible only after a lengthy check of the developer’s reliability and his ability to complete the construction work," Hanna Layevska, the commercial director of Intergal-Bud, said.
The company recalled that the residential complexes Prychal 8, Teremky, Akadem-Kvartal, Syrets Gardens, Ozerny Hay Hatne in Kyiv and the region, the River City residential complex in Zhytomyr, Kyivsky in Chernivtsi and Zalizna Voda Rezydencja club house in Lviv.
Intergal-Bud construction company has been operating in the residential real estate market since 2003. Its portfolio includes 78 completed projects. The company has built 167 houses and is currently building 1.2 million square meters. Only in the capital region, 12 residential properties are under construction. The company’s project portfolio includes 4.6 million sq m.
