By KYIV. May 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The interdepartmental working group on the accelerated review of the instruments for state regulation of economic activity recommended the abolition of 17% of the instruments related to land issues and falling within the competence of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, and 25% of the instruments related to the State Property Fund (SPF).
“It was recommended to cancel 17% of the instruments related to land issues and falling within the competence of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. The rest of the instruments will be directed to reengineering and optimized. Also, the Interdepartmental Working Group recommended canceling 25% and modernizing 75% of the instruments handled by the State Property Fund,” the Ministry of Economy said in a statement.
It is proposed, in particular, to cancel the conclusion of the expert commission of the State Land Agency on the possibility of exporting cartographic information, permission to remove and transfer the soil cover of land plots, extracts from the state register of certified geodetic engineers and land surveyors, the conclusion on improving the ecological state of lands and increasing soil fertility according to the data agrochemical passport of the site, as well as a certificate of registration of information about the appraiser in the state register of appraisers and subjects of appraisal activities.
In addition, the deregulation working group also recommended optimizing 62% of the tools in the area of competence of the Ministry of Justice.
