By KYIV. May 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Cardif Insurance Company (Kyiv), 100% owned by BNP Paribas Cardif from BNP Paribas Group, will increase its charter capital by 67.7%, to UAH 49.5 million through an additional issue of shares in the amount of UAH 20 million.
According to the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the shareholders made the corresponding decision on April 27.
At the same time, it is noted that the increase in the charter capital will be made through the additional issue of shares of the existing nominal value at the expense of additional contributions (without a public offer). The shares are planned to be sold at a price of UAH 3.42 per share.
Cardif started its activity in February 2007. It specializes in providing services in the field of risk insurance.
