Accor opens apart-hotel Adagio Kyiv Beresteiska

KYIV. Jan 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – International hotel operator Accor Live Limitless (France) has opened the Adagio Kyiv Beresteiska apart-hotel, General Manager at Accor for Northern Europe – Ukraine, Georgia and CIS Andriy Davydenko told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Adagio Kyiv Beresteiska has been open since December 29, 2022. Now the period of soft opening, not all work is fully completed yet, by January 9 we plan to open a restaurant. ibis Kyiv Beresteiska will not open until the war is over," he said.

Both hotels are located in the same building at 55, Peremohy Avenue, Adagio Kyiv Beresteiska has 105 rooms, and ibis Kyiv Beresteiska has 156 rooms.

Adagio Kyiv Beresteiska is an apart-hotel, its rooms are adapted for long stays: they have fully equipped kitchens, special workspaces, Wi-Fi and other necessary for work and leisure. According to Davydenko, there are already clients who have chosen the hotel for a long stay. It is also possible to book a room for a short period.

As reported, the international hotel operator Accor Live Limitless planned to open three new hotels in Ukraine in 2022-2023: ibis & Adagio Kyiv, ibis Lviv and Novotel Lviv. Hotel ibis Styles Lviv Center for 77 rooms, located in a business center of Lviv, began work in December 2022.

In addition, the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank intends to provide a loan in the amount of EUR 8 million to Real Estate Development Center LLC for the construction of a 4-star Novotel hotel with 128 rooms in Lviv.

"Now it is very hard to talk about any terms for Novotel Lviv, perhaps we will open it at the end of 2024. Everything depends on the end of the war," Davydenko told Interfax-Ukraine.

The Accor Group, one of the world’s leading hotel operators, opened the first Novotel-branded hotel in Lille, France, in 1967.
