By BAKU. Nov 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Azerbaijan produced 25 million tonnes of oil with gas condensate in January-October 2023, down 8% year-on-year, the State Statistics Committee told Interfax.
This included 24.974 million tonnes of saleable oil with condensate, down 8.1%.
Gas production rose 3.4% year-on-year to 39.746 billion cubic meters, with output of saleable gas rising 3.63% to 29.711 bcm.
Oil production fell 10.2% year-on-year in October alone to 2.46 million tonnes and gas fell 5% to 3.84 bcm.
Azerbaijan produced 32.668 million tonnes of oil, including gas condensate, and 46.743 bcm of gas in 2022, down 5.5% and up 6.6%, respectively, from 2021. Output of saleable gas rose 7.3% to 34.958 bcm.
