By KYIV. Nov 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Borschahivsky Chemical Pharmaceutical Plant (Kyiv) in 2022 reduced net profit by 24.8% – to UAH 254.275 million
As the company reported in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the company’s shareholders will consider the financial results for 2021-2022 at a remote meeting on December 26.
They will also consider the issue of paying dividends for 2022 in the amount of UAH 34.158 million, the amount of dividends per share will be UAH 3,300. Dividends are expected to be paid directly to shareholders into their bank accounts by June 26, 2024.
As reported, the net profit of the plant for 2020 increased by 1.7 times compared to 2019 – to UAH 332.847 million.
As of the first quarter of 2023, some 31.8% of the shares of the plant belong to PrJSC Pharmaceutical Firm Darnitsa (Kyiv). According to the Opendatabot system, the final beneficiaries of the plant are also the beneficiary of Darnitsa pharmaceutical company, Hlib Zahoriy, Yevhen Sova and Tetiana Artemenko.
