British Adaptavist acquires resident of Diia.City Rozdoum

KYIV. Dec 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The British technology company Adaptavist announced on Wednesday that it had acquired the Ukrainian company Rozdoum, which is a resident of Diia.City.

"We are repeatedly impressed by the Rozdoum team and their CEO Andrey Dekhtyar, and couldn’t be more proud to welcome them into Adaptavist and our parent company The Adaptavist Group," Adaptavist CEO Simon Haighton-Williams said.

Rozdoum is the first resident of Ukrainian Diia.City, acquired by an international corporation, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Development Mykhailo Fedorov said on Telegram.

The Kharkiv-based company develops digital business transformation solutions and provides consulting services to other Atlassian solution partners. Despite the active shelling of the city by the Russians, the company did not stop its work for a day and retained 100% of its customers, the release states.

Rozdoum CEO Andrey Dekhtyar noted that the company had been partnering with Adaptavist, one of the largest and best Atlassian solution providers in the world, since its founding in 2017. According to him, the values and methods of work of Atlassian are completely similar to the Rozdoum team.

According to the announcement, Rozdoum will continue to operate in Ukraine under the leadership of Dekhtyar, who will join Adaptavist’s management team.
